Kathryn Kramer Waters is not a cat.

 

She is a Portland, Oregon freelance artist whose work has been featured in publications, galleries and businesses throughout the northwest. Clients include The Portland Art Museum, Oregon Public Broadcasting, Shriners Hospital for Children, and Seattle Children’s Hospital. While she is not obsessed with cats she has been known to crawl around on the floor stalking ants and gossiping about birds.
